Questions Due Date: Feb 9th 2023, 11:30 AM CST Project Description: 1.1 Project Information Overview Tarrant County College District (TCCD, the District, the College) is requesting bids for providing furniture and other goods for the Southeast Campus Renovation and Expansion project. The objective of this IFB is to obtain the goods and services of qualified vendors to produce, deliver, and install furniture and other goods - delivered and installed - to Buildings SE01 and SE07 of the Southeast Campus Renovation and Expansion project. The Southeast Campus is located at the following address: Tarrant County College District Southeast Campus 2100 Southeast Parkway Arlington, TX 76018 See APPENDIX A of this solicitation for Project Information including anticipated major schedule milestones for the project. 1.2 Scope, Furniture Plans and Specifications The complete Southeast Campus Renovation and Expansion project consists of construction of new Buildings SE01 and SE07, renovation of existing Buildings SE03, SE04, and SE05, and associated site work. This solicitation provides for the procurement and installation of furniture for new Buildings SE01 and SE07 The above information is a high-level overview of the scope of work for the furniture procurement of goods and services for the Southeast Campus project and is not intended to capture all items that are part of the Furniture Plans and Specifications.
