This project is funded by Fillmore County "Local Option Sales Tax" and therefore prevailing wages will not be required. Bids submitted must be individually sealed, and identified on the outside for each specific project. A bidder's bond or a certified check in the amount of at least 5% of the total amount bid and payable must accompany the bid to the Treasurer of Fillmore County. Fillmore County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
