ALL INCLUSIVE Contractor will furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision for the installation of fuel oil meters on six generators located within Dakota County Facilities. SCOPE OF WORK Hastings Government Center & Northern Service Center Fuel Oil Metering Project This work consists of the installation of fuel oil meters on six generators located within Dakota County Facilities. There are five generators located at the Hastings Government Center and one generator located at the Northern Service Center. Install meters on the fuel oil return lines on six generators. All meters shall have outputs compatible with the County building automation system, (Alerton). Install deduct programming on the County automation system to provide accurate fuel oil usage between the current supply meter and the return meter. Program a new graphics page for each location with the new meter and data on the County building automation system. Meters shall only be: Badger Meter (HR-LCD Pulse Meter) Verify meter operation by scheduling a date/time which will be after normal business hours to run the generators with Facilities Management. All work cannot take place between the hours of 8AM-4:30PM. Provide personnel training for County staff and provide O&M's for the meters being installed. PAYMENT OF SERVICES The contractor shall submit an invoice reflecting all services performed or provided based on the prices submitted on the quote form.
