There was only one bidder on this small project and the successful bidder was A & L Construction for a total bid price of $289,539.00. The bid breaks down to a Base bid of $239,111.00 and an Alternate 1 amount of $50,428.00. The contract was awarded on the Base bid plus Alternate 1. Project Summary: Flooring replacement and painting of dorm rooms on four floors of Park Hall.
