SCOPE OF SERVICES 3.1. Consultant's Specified Services: Consultant shall perform the services described in Exhibit A (Scope of Work), within the times or by the dates provided for in Agreement for Restoration Projects in Support of 2023 Stream Maintenance Program (Watershed Partnership Program) 2 Exhibit A and pursuant to Article 9 (Prosecution of Work). In the event of a conflict between the body of this Agreement and Exhibit A, the provisions in the body of this Agreement shall control. If Sonoma Water considers interpretations or clarifications necessary, Sonoma Water will provide a written supplement to this RFP. PREVAILING WAGES 4.1. Pursuant to Labor Code sections 1720 and 1771, the project is subject to the payment of prevailing wages and will be subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Each firm submitting a proposal must be a DIR-registered contractor pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 at the time the proposal is submitted. A proposal from any firm that is not a DIR-registered contractor at the time the proposal is submitted will be rejected for non-responsiveness. Pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5, all subcontractors identified in a firm's proposal who are performing work that requires payment of prevailing wages shall also be DIRregistered contractors at the time the proposal is submitted. Prevailing wage requirements from the sample agreement are included as Attachment 3 to this RFP.
