Site work for a mixed-use development in Canmore, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes construction of the Teepee Town Phase 2A Infrastructure, comprised of: Bow Valley Trail segment (William Street to 120 m northwest of Hospital Place) - construction of multi-use pathway, sidewalk, bus stops, crosswalks and other improvements 2 Avenue segment (120 m northwest of Hospital Place) - full road reconstruction Hospital Place segment (Bow Valley Trail to 1 Avenue) - full road reconstruction Sanitary sewer replacement - Bow Valley Trail, 2 Avenue and Hospital Place segments Water main replacement - Bow Valley Trail and Hospital Place segments Storm sewers, culverts, bio-retention facilities and other stormwater management infrastructure Grading, pavement marking and signing, and other related work Coordination with other contractors within the Work Site including but not limited to a separate landscaping contractor and third party utilities.
