Questions may be emailed to: kyle.dehaven@greenecountync.com The County of Greene is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to install water level sensor gauges at (3) specified locations along Contentnea Creek that meet the needs and desires of this Agency. The sites will require hardware installation and services for water level monitoring. The required services shall include, but not be limited to, initial site evaluations, hardware installation, data logger configurations, telecommunication services for data to be received at the North Carolina Emergency Operations Center (NCEM EOC) data center, and configuring each site in the Contrail software system. Scope of Work The qualified vendor will install water level sensor gauges at (3) specified locations along Contentnea Creek. The site will require hardware installation and services for water level monitoring. The required services shall include, but not be limited to, initial site evaluations, hardware installation, data logger configurations, telecommunication services for data to be received at the North Carolina Emergency Operations Center (NCEM EOC) data center, and configuring each site in the Contrail software system.In addition, the vendor shall: a. Provide Greene County with a schedule for gauge installation after the award of the contract. b. Configure gauges to communicate with Contrail software and ensure data is being received in the Contrail system. c. Installation of equipment and testing to ensure optimal functionality. e. Provide inventory information to Greene County at each site, including manufacturer, model number, serial number, and hardware/site photos in an excel spreadsheet. f. Upon completion of the installation, the vendor shall remove and properly dispose of all waste and debris from the installation site. The vendor shall be responsible for leaving the installation area clean and ready to use. g. Provide follow-up technical support (including site visits if needed) until all gauges are installed, and operating correctly, and gauge data is being received in Contrail by North Carolina Emergency Management. h. Submit monthly progress reports, continuing until the project is complete and the final project report is approved. The monthly progress report is required even if no activity has occurred for the month and no reimbursement is requested for that month. The monthly and final report shall include a narrative summary of the work completed in the month and for the total project.
