Project Location: Bullitt Central: 1330 Hwy. 44 E. Shepherdsville, KY 40165 North Bullitt: 3200 E. Hebron Ln. Shepherdsville, KY 40165 Bullitt East: 11450 Hwy. 44 E. Mount Washington, KY 40047 Project SOW: Bullitt Central: Replacing grass football field with synthetic turf field. Adding x2 lanes to the existing x6 lane track. As well as improving the drainage and the design of the associated utilities. North Bullitt: Replacing grass football field with synthetic turf field. Adding x2 lanes to the existing x6 lane track. As well as improving the drainage and the design of the associated utilities. Bullitt East: Replacing grass football field with synthetic turf field. Adding x2 lanes to the existing x6 lane track. As well as improving the drainage and the design of the associated utilities. Each bid shall be submitted on the Form of Proposal obtained from the project manual, Volume 1, Division 00 10 00 KDE Form of Proposal. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of each Proposal submitted must accompany each proposal in accord with the Form of Proposal. Bids that do not abide by the requirements listed above will be deemed non-responsive. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond, written on AIA Document A312, in the amount of 100% of the contract sum
