This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Royal Manor SPS Upgrades - SUE Study, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). Niagara Region is seeking a Consultant is to provide Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) in accordance with ASCE 38-02 and the Niagara Peninsula CAD Standard. A Quality Level 'B' and 'A' will be required for this project. This RFQ is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2021-RFSQ-227 specifically Category 9.0.
