Generally, the scope includes; removal of 3 existing revolving doors and replacement with 4 new security turnstiles with all related accessories at the Level 2 entrance lobby.; supply and installation of new glazed aluminum screens for extent indicated; cutting patching and repair of existing floor finishes, walls and bulkheads for extent indicated; supply and installation of new carpet flooring and resilient base; electrical/security service alterations as necessary to complete the removal of 3 revolving doors and the installation of the 4 new security turnstiles; DSS related awareness/work as required. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award subject to final approval.
