For furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete the Project: Kenton County Public Library Covington Branch Generator 502 Scott Street Covington, Kentucky 41011. All Sub-Bidders may view Bidding Documents at the locations listed in the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders or purchase them from ARC (513-326-2300). No Bidding Documents will be mailed or packaged for pick up. Bidders must deposit with their Bids security in the amount, form, and subject to, the conditions provided in the Bidding Documents. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, a new generator and all associated work at the Kenton County Library - Covington Branch. This includes new electrical distribution systems, panelboards, wiring devices, motor and electrical equipment connections, motor generator, surge protection, and lighting fixtures. This work also includes providing new sprinkler heads, as indicated in documents, to a new generator transfer switch closet located in the building basement. The existing wet pipe sprinkler system shall serve as point of supply for the new sprinkler heads. Modification to the sprinkler layout in the adjacent room may be required to maintain a code compliant coverage layout for that area. Demolition of existing sprinklers only as required by location of new walls.
