Scope: provide insertion valve and tapping services on an as-needed basis for a period of one year (4/1/23 - 3/31/24) per attached requirements and specifications This Bid Invitation covers: Provide all the service, labor, materials and parts necessary and proper to provide/perform insertion valves & tapping services, on an as needed basis, as per the requirements and specifications of the City of Worcester Department of Public Works & Parks for a period of one (1) year from April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. This contract may be extended for one additional year at the same pricing, terms and conditions. This option is at the sole discretion of the City and will be determined near the end of the first contract year. Questions pertaining to this bid must be directed to Christopher J.
