Town of Somerset St. Croix County, WI Request for Proposals Project 205th Avenue from CTH I to STH 35 Local Road Improvement Project TRI-D Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin The Town of Somerset is in the process of selecting a consultant to perform design engineering services for 205th Avenue from CTH I to STH 35. This will be a recondition/reconstruction project that will include minor widening, geometric improvements and upgrading the existing facility to meet current highway standards. Actual construction will not occur until 2024 or later. If you are interested in being considered for selection, please respond to this Request for Proposals for Engineering Design Services with your Statement of Qualifications and cost proposal not to exceed twelve (12) pages in length. The Town Board will consider awarding a proposal at the Town Board meeting on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 beginning at 7:00 PM. This is a two-party contract with 100% Local Funding for Design Services. The Town of Somerset reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town.
