Bid Intent Not Available Question Acceptance Deadline 01/30/2023 05:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online Yes West Metro Fire Protection District ("Owner") invites Qualification Statements and Proposals from interested construction firms to fill the role of Construction Manager/General Contractor ("CM/GC" or "Contractor"). The Owner is conducting a qualifications based selection process to retain a Firm for Station #17 - Renovations (the "Project") located at 10901 West 38th Avenue. Wheat Ridge CO 80033. The Owner intends to secure the services of a CM/GC Team that will provide comprehensive preconstruction and construction services in order to complete the project. This Project consists of interior and exterior renovations/upgrades to portions of the WMFPD existing Station No.17. The majority of the work will be interior: new bathrooms, new sleeping quarters, relocating gym and associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades. The exterior work will include exterior egress stairs and a new patio area.
