All offerors must be able to provide: The scope of work shall include: 1. Contractor shall provide all material, equipment and labor for installation of the proposed drainage improvements at the Governmental Center as shown on the plans. 2. Contractor shall provide all material, equipment and labor for installation of the proposed drainage improvements at the Health Department as shown on the plans. 3. Contractor shall remove and dispose of any excavated surplus and/or unsuitable soils. 4. Contractor shall provide import soil material suitable, as required, for replacement of unsuitable soils encountered during the course of work. 5. Contractor shall restore surface to finish grade conditions, providing for positive drainage in all directions, including seeding and mulching. 6. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all trash from work site. 7. Contractor shall clean area and restore any additional areas disturbed by project activities to the original condition. 8.
