The City of Lilburn is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultant s to provide On-Call Consultant Engineering Services on an Annual Contract with four (4) options to renew. Questions regarding proposals should be directed to Bill Johnsa, SPLOST Project Manager, at projectmgr@cityoflilburn.com or by calling 770-279-3716, no later than 3:00 P.M. on February 16th, 2023. Proposals are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. One unbound original, three (3) bound copies without FEE SCHEDULE should be submitted and one form of electronic media in Adobe PDF format should be submitted. One (1) original and three (3) copies of hourly billing rates (Proposal Fee Schedule) must be submitted in a separate, sealed envelope labeled "HOURLY RATES." Successful consultant will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-5 or higher. The written proposal documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties. Selection criteria is outlined in the request for proposal documents. The City of Lilburn reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Award notification will be sent to companies submitting a proposal via email. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
