This project includes abandoning/removing the existing septic tanks and well, in accordance with the Macomb County Health Department requirements, installing a new 8 inch water main from the existing main along 33 Mile Road to a proposed hydrant, with a 2 inch water service to the existing buidling, and installing an 8 inch sanitary sewer, with associatd manholes, from the existing sewer along 33 Mile to the exisitng building. - Performance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 5 % - Payment Bond 100 % This project currently has 1 Addendum on it, to obtain these please contact the Owner Directly
