Renovation of an educational facility in Webster, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a post-secondary education facility.
The Project consists of Clear Lake Campus Hospital Emergency Electrical Room and Utility Transformer Yard: Scope of work includes installation of 3000 amp custom tie-section between existing emergency switchboards; paralleling controller for two existing 2 MW Cummins diesel generators; motor operators kits on three existing 3000 amp breakers to accommodate paralleling control protocols; communications cabling between 18 automatic transfer switches, paralleling controller, generators, and BAS. The scope also includes two new automatic transfer switches with isolation bypass, and new soft starters to replace ATL starters of two existing 600-ton Daikin chillers. The last day to submit questions shall be Thursday, Thursday, January 12, 2023, 3:00 pm CST
