The conference will begin on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 10:00 am CST and site inspection will begin on Friday, January 6, 2023, at 10:30 am CST. The Project consists of League City Campus Hospital Central Utility Plant #1 (CUP1): The scope of work includes the relocation of the existing 1 MW trailer-mounted diesel generator; installation of a new structural foundation; and fencing modifications. The scope also includes the installation of a 1600 amp LSIG overcurrent device in the existing switchboard; a new emergency feeder; and the re-use of existing temporary feeder cabling. Central Utility Plant #2 (CUP2): Scope of work includes installation of a 2 MW diesel generator with storm-rated outdoor weather protective housing; skid-mounted 15,000-gallon fuel tank; structural foundation; 3000 amp closed-transition automatic transfer switch with isolation bypass, associated annunciator, and BAS interface communications cabling; interception of existing service lateral raceway system with a new normal, emergency, and load feeders. The scope also includes the installation of a new TNMP pad-mounted utility transformer; and a 45 kVA dry-type transformer. After substantial completion of construction, the overcurrent device settings of the CUP2 electrical distribution system are to be adjusted and verified to match the Coordination Study Reporting furnished by the engineer of record. Note- The 2MW diesel generator is owner furnished/ contractor installed.
