Interior renovations within the Specimens Collection Centre on ground level of hospital's M-Wing. Renovation to existing specimens' collection clinic located on the ground floor of M-Wing Sunnybrook Hospital building. Work includes demolition of existing interior walls, finishes, ceilings and all associated mechanical and electrical services and fixtures. Provide new entrance to the clinic and use existing entrance as an exit door only. Provide new millwork reception desk, new walls, finishes, ceilings and associated mechanical and electrical services and fixtures. New suspended ceiling in the public corridor and feature wall consisted of Altro wall cladding panels. Entrance millwork portal and canopy by Others. Infrastructural impact on existing building systems is limited to modifications to suit new layout. Demolition, plumbing and repair/patching work on the level below to areas affected by scope of work on the ground floor. Time is the essence of this Contract. The Bidder must indicate in the space provided on the Bid Form all scheduling information requested. Bids submitted without this information will be deemed Disqualified. Bids must have a schedule duration of sixteen (16) to twenty-two (22) weeks, with mobilization to commence at the start of April 2023 to be compliant.
