The objective is to certify places. If the bidders, contractors and subcontractors attending this visit have any questions, it is their responsibility to forward their questions in writing by email to the designated administrative officer for the Call for Tenders. At no time, tenderers or subcontractors must send their questions to the professionals indicated in the plans and specifications. Only questions sent to the administrative agent will be considered by the Public Body for the purposes of this call for tenders. If applicable, questions will be answered through an Addendum. No verbal information provided during the visit engages the responsibility of the Public Body. In the event of a discrepancy between the verbal exchanges during the visit and the Call for Tenders documents, the latter take precedence. VALIDITY OF SUBMISSIONS The tender is valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders.
