Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Total project (Base Bid + Alternates) includes removal and replacement of all PVC condenser water piping, primary and secondary condenser water pumps, water source heat pumps, boilers, pumps, cooling tower, and rooftop heat pump units. Additionally, some work associated with ceiling demolition may be required to accomplish these mechanical renovations. Myrtle Beach High School - 3302 Robert Grissom Parkway Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 All questions must be submitted in writing to the District Bid Contact Person by 12:00pm (noon) on 1/31/2023 SCOPE OF WORK - The scope of work requires the Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily complete the project as detailed in Exhibit A and associated specifications and plans as provided by Horry County School. The overall project (base bid + alternates) includes the removal and replacement of all PVC condenser water piping, primary and secondary condenser water pumps, water source heat pumps, boilers, pumps, cooling tower, and rooftop heat pump units. Additionally, some work associated with ceiling demolition may be required to accomplish these mechanical renovations. Base bid (Phase I) consists of the removal and replacement of piping, second floor pumps, and water source heat pumps. Contractor has access to the site beginning June 2023 and shall continue (off & on) to August 2025.
