The exiting space is approximately 2300 square feet, located on the ground floor of building 89 of VA Medical Center, St Albans Campus, Jamaica. Work includes, but is not limited to, the general construction, alterations, demolition, asbestos abatement, architectural upgrades, mechanical and electrical work, fire protection, plumbing, millwork, finishes, necessary removal and disposal of existing equipment.
