Site work and paving for a road / highway in Holden, Louisiana. Design plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
As of October 3, 2024, this project is in the design phase. Construction should begin in early 2025, but is pending FEMA approval. The parish is interested in procuring the services of an engineering firm. The selected firm will provide the following professional engineering services but not limited to land surveying services, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, geotechnical services, environmental assessment and preliminary and final design as well as plans, and bidding and contract oversight for the above-mentioned project. Electronic bidding and official bid documents are available at website. Certified DBE firms are encouraged to submit or to be used as sub-consultants with the primary responding firm.
