Renovation of a mixed-use development in Andover, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,750-square-foot municipal facility.
The Town of Andover, Massachusetts is proposing to renovate approximately 4,750 SF of municipal offices, which is located on the third floor of Town Offices. The project goal is to meet MAAB/ADA requirements and to improve customer service and public access. The project includes an expanded and modernized select board meeting room, office spaces as noted on the plan, conference space, and a new entry at the Town Manager's office. The third floor will be fully sprinklered. Alternates address the fire stairs at either end of the main corridor. Deadline for General Contractor questions is 2/16/23 @ 5:00 P.M. All questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Karina Pena at KPena@PMAConsultants.com referencing, " Andover Town Offices " in the subject line. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate General Bid Deadline 2/23/23 Time 2:00 P.M.
