Dartmouth Fire District No. 1 Headquarters Addition and Renovation Project-Demolition of the existing one story offices portion, Construction of a two story addition and Renovation of an existing apparatus bay, Site and Utility Work. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: This project is a gut reconstruction, renovation, and expansion to the Dartmouth Fire District 1 station located at 10 Bridge Street, Dartmouth, MA. The renovation will provide improved and new program space for the district's current and future needs, including administrative spaces, a training room, crew bunk/day areas, kitchen, and administrative bay upgrades. The project will bring the building up to applicable building, fire, and accessibility codes. Work is intended to begin in the Fall of 2024. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost.
