Cuyahoga County Public Library is accepting sealed proposals for all labor and materials required for HVAC & Building Automation System (BAS) Upgrades at the following location: Administrative Offices of Cuyahoga County Public Library 2111 Snow Rd Parma, OH 44134 By Order of the Board of Trustees of the Cuyahoga County Public Library, Parma, OH 44134. Administrative Offices of Cuyahoga County Public Library Base Bid Estimate: $870,000.00 The Base Bid work includes all work indicated on the drawings and in the various sections of the project manual. HVAC contractor shall be the Prime Contractor and shall be responsible for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work indicated in the contract documents. All required work that is not performed directly by the HVAC contractor shall be a sub-contract to the HVAC contractor. HVAC improvements (exhaust fan replacement and pneumatic controls replacement)
