Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Board of Trustees, Black Hawk College. Contractors should park in Lot 1 off of 70th St. on the east side of the Campus to gain access to Building 4 through Building 1 for the Pre-Bid Meeting and the Bid Opening. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public projects. Bidders must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.
