Site work for a communication facility in Jekyll Island, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The Jekyll Island Authority (JIA) invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide a 145-foot, self-supporting communications monopole tower. Upon project completion the tower will be owned and managed by the Jekyll Island Authority. This is to be a turnkey proposal including geotechnical testing, permitting, site preparation, tower and foundation design and engineering, all associated materials and accessories, and installation. The monopole tower must be capable of accommodating four (4) wireless communications carriers and the bids submitted shall demonstrate how this collocation will be accomplished. Question Deadline Feb 01, 2023 at 2:00 PM Submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a USB drive of your complete proposal. Bid must be mailed, or hand delivered as follows in sufficient time to ensure receipt by the JIA on or before the time and date specified.
