Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Reference number : 1681066 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-02 Cegep du Vieux Montreal is requesting bids for the development of the 3D printing/reprography center on the 1 st floor of its main building block A. The project has a total surface area of 2,950 sq.ft. As part of this project, the existing reprographics finishing shop space will be remodeled and shared with a new 3D printing center of approximately 750 sq. ft. This latter space will allow for the centralization of all equipment related to this technology and make it accessible to the entire College community. The air conditioning unit serving the reprography will also be replaced, as well as all the related distribution. Please note that the air conditioning unit has already been pre-ordered by the College. For the reorganization of the spaces, demolition work is planned, removal of the floor covering which contains asbestos, construction of new partitions, replacement of architectural elements and finishes, and all related electromechanical work. Finally, the replacement of three swinging doors in a neighbouring sector is also planned, namely the doors leading to the waste compactor room and the goods receiving dock.
