Renovation of a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of interior renovations at seven District facilities for the construction of entry vestibules. The work includes partitions, storefronts, entrances, millwork, flooring, painting and signage. Limited work for demolition and mechanical, plumbing and electrical scopes is included. A certified or cashier's check, or bid bond acceptable to Owner, in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the largest amount bid must accompany each Proposal submitted. Such bid security is to protect Owner against the withdrawal of bids following the opening of bids, and to further protect Owner against the failure,neglect or refusal of any bidder awarded a contract to execute the required Contract and furnish the required Bonds within ten (10) days after notification of the acceptance of his bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Proposals. Alteration or modification of the Proposal Forms shall be cause for rejection of the Proposal.
