Description

Site work for a civil project in Minden, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Site Directions: Approximately 250-feet from the Genoa Canyon Trailhead, Carson St, Genoa, Nevada. Project consists of constructing an altitude valve, associated piping, and appurtenances adjacent to the Sierra Shadows water tank. PWP # DO-2023-165 FWE #2446 Construction of an altitude valve adjacent to the existing Sierra Shadows water tank. The project includes installation of piping, a precast vault, and installation of the altitude valve and appurtenant equipment. Douglas County is pre-purchasing the altitude valve and will provide the valve to the contractor. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: None The Engineers estimate for this work is $170,000.
