Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide sewer vault pumping and disposal services at various locations within the Orange Coast District as listed below in Exhibit A, Attachment 1. All work shall be complete and ready for use in accordance with the service specifications and contract documentation for stipulated sums which shall include all applicable expenses. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to review the solicitation in its entirety to ensure that there is a complete understanding of the performance expectations and contracting conditions. Submittal of a Bid indicates that Bidder understands, acknowledges and accepts the performance expectations and contracting conditions contained within the contracting documentation. Bid submission time will be as of the electronic time stamp associated with when the electronic email submission was received. Submissions with attached PDF documents exceeding 10 Megabytes At the above time and place, the bids will be publicly opened and read for furnishing services, material, or equipment, or to perform all work required to: Provide routine, annual and unscheduled sewage wet well and holding tank vault pumping services according to specifications marked Exhibit A, Attachment 1 at Bolsa Chica State Beach, Huntington State Beach, Crystal Cove State Park, San Mateo Campground (a part of San Onofre State Beach); Orange Coast District, CA State Parks complete and ready for use in accordance with plans and specifications and such addenda as may be issued prior to bid opening date.
