The Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities (DSOHF) oversees and manages fourteen (14) state operated healthcare facilities that treat adults and children with mental illness, developmental disabilities, substance use disorders and neuro-medical needs. The DSOHF Mission is in collaboration with our partners and with a commitment to rights, equity, and inclusion, we provide a system of high-quality care to individuals whose complex behavioral and medical needs exceed the level of care available in the community. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain competitive pricing from qualified contractors and award an Agency Specific Term Contract for the purpose of providing annual, semi-annual and quarterly maintenance services including annual load bank testing as outlined in NFPA 110, Chapter 8, Standard for Emergency and Standby Power Systems.
