To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement for building automation systems (BAS) maintenance, service, and repair on as-needed basis at the Recreation and Parks Department, 1533 Alum Industrial Drive West and various recreation parks and centers throughout Columbus as listed herein on an as needed basis. Must be able to provide services including but not limited to:
BAS control work which may include but not be limited to HVAC and lighting controls
Support Trane, Reliable, and/or ASI controls or any other systems added
BAS programming
BAS hardware
BAS hosting
BAS licensing
BAS connectivity Subsequent to the acceptance of an offer, individual written purchase orders may be issued as needed by the City to purchase services listed herein during the term of the agreement. At no time shall the obligation of the City agency exceed the dollar amount of an associated purchase order. The funds available on the Purchase Order expire on 3/31/2024. Any available funds balance not obligated by the City by means of a Purchase Order on or prior to that date shall be canceled after that date. Prices shall be FOB Destination Freight Prepaid & Allowed unless otherwise specified. Please provide the unit costs as requested in the bid sheet. Attach the completed bid sheet to the proposal before submitting the bid in vendor services. These line items will be made available to the City at the pricing submitted through Indefinite Quantity Agreement expiration date. Please state hourly labor rates. Travel/Trip, truck, tool, equipment or any other miscellaneous charges will not be paid unless quoted on this solicitation. Please describe any additional charges applicable to the service in the comments box section. Please list the time at which Overtime rates begin.
