TOWN HALL & POLICE DEPARTMENT contains approximately 11,725 square feet of floor space, consisting of hardwood, carpet, tile and vinyl floors. The hours of operation of the Town Administration & Police Department offices are Monday Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend meetings will be regularly held in the Council Chambers and public meeting spaces. Custodial services are not required in the following areas, and as such, custodial staff shall not access these areas at any time: Police Evidence Room, Police Records Room, Video Equipment Room, Server Room, Mechanical Room, and Electrical Room.LIBERTY STREET RESTROOMS contain 126 square feet of floor area. The type of surface for the entire facility is ceramic tile. These public restrooms are open 24/7.Any questions pertaining to this solicitation must be received IN WRITING by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2023. Inquiries must be directed to: William M.
