For Avondale Avenue and Kentucky Avenue Paving Improvements This project includes the milling and paving of Avondale Avenue, Kentucky Avenue, Brentwood Street, and a portion of Greenway Avenue, along with trench patching in Avondale Avenue and Brentwood Street. Also included in an alternate bid for the milling and paving of the remainder of Greenway Avenue. A Proposal Guaranty (Bond or Certified Check) in the amount of at least 5% of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, for all construction contracts in excess of $100,000, at the time the contract is executed.
