The state of North Dakota Information Technology Department (STATE) is soliciting proposals for Eaton UPS preventive maintenance and emergency service. The STATE is soliciting proposals for Offerors provide maintenance for the STATE's UPSs in the Bismarck-Mandan area. The awarded Offeror will be required to provide UPS maintenance on an annual basis. Six months after the annual UPS maintenance the Offeror will be required to provide annual maintenance on the UPS batteries. Deadline for Submission of Questions and Objections: January 17, 2023 by 3:00 PM, C.T. The Procurement Officer is the point of contact for this RFP. Offerors shall direct all communications regarding this RFP to the Procurement Officer. Please do not add the Procurement Officer to any distribution list.
