Segment 1 starts at the crossover about 0.38 miles south of 40th Avenue and continues north to the crossover. North of this area there is existing cable barrier in the Town and Village of Lake Hallie. Segment 2 starts at the guardrail section at CTH J and continues east to 190th Street in the Town of Lafayette. Segment 3 starts at CTH G to 0.45 miles West of CTH H/Broadway Street in the Town of Delmar and City of Stanley. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate. Interviews will not be conducted. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
