Reference Number : 1673461 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-29 Université de Sherbrooke is inviting tenders for the Renovation of Entrance Walkways at JS Bourque Pavilion. The work covered by this contract includes, without being exhaustive: Demolition of exterior building envelope, floor covering, wrought metals and aluminum door and frame. Demolition of concrete walkway, section of existing sidewalk. Construction of exterior building envelope, flooring, interior finishing, painting, wrought metals and aluminum doors and frames. Foundation wall structure, concrete walkway, sidewalk and concrete walkway repair work. As well as all the work described in the architectural and structural plans and specifications.
