Site work for a water / sewer project in Tallassee, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the following labor and material items:2,500 LF - 6" PVC Water Main, PC 200 920 LF - 4" PVC Water Main PC 200 2 EA - 6" Gate Valve Assembly 2 EA - 4" Gate Valve Assembly 3 EA - 3" Gate Valve Assembly 4 EA - Fire Hydrant Assembly 1 EA - Post Hydrant Assembly The Owner requires the Project to be completed in 60 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashier's check in the amount of a sum no less than five (5) percent of the Bid Price but not more than$10,000.00. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, bidder's license number, address, and name of the project. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
