1. Work that is to be performed includes the removal of all vertical features of the existing tennis courts as well as miscellaneous items around the courts. The construction will include the installation of header curbing, infrastructure for lighting and an auto charging station, construction of water quality structures, milling, repaving and striping of the pavement surface. 2. The Contractor is required to contact "Dig Safe" prior to doing any excavation on the site. 3. The contractor is required to obtain all City permits related to land disturbance and construction. There will be no cost to the permits. 4. The existing adjacent parking lot shall be protected and will be accessible during construction. 5. Coordinate any impact to the operation of the existing parking lot with the City Club management and the Citys Parks Department representative. The City of Marietta/Board of Lights and Water will receive bids from qualified firms in accordance with Bidding Documents for: Marietta City Club Parking Lot Expansion Contract if and when awarded will be on the basis of information contained in the Bid Documents and other information as requested. Bids must be valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days after bid opening. City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the bids.
