Cass County may determine the prequalification status of each contractor requesting a proposal, and reserves the right to deny bid documents to any contractor based on the Countys responsibility determination. For county highways to be striped in the spring of 2023 this work is able to begin May 15 th , 2023 (Spring load restrictions will still be enforced until load restrictions are removed), and shall be completed by June 3rd, 2023, the county highways to be striped in the summer of 2023 shall start no sooner than June 5th, 2023, and the remaining work to begin no sooner than July 10th, 2023, without written permission of the Engineer to allow time for pavement maintenance work. d
