This project currently has 1 Addendum on it, to obtain these please contact the Owner Directly Question Acceptance Deadline 03/03/2023 12:00 AM EST In order to provide the City of Birmingham with Contractors and Subcontractors who will carry out the work in a timely and satisfactory manner, a fully completed Sworn Statement of Qualifications must be submitted to the Engineering Department of the City of Birmingham prior to the bid opening Questions are submitted online No removal, re-grading, and replacement of existing retaining walls and paved cart path in the vicinity of hole #1 at the City of Birmingham owned Lincoln Hills Golf Course. Approximate scope & quantities are as follows: complete removal of existing cart path and timber retaining walls in the vicnity of Hole #1; stripping and stockpiling of topsoil for re-use; re-grading of hole #1 south between the clubhouse building and the pond including import and placement of engineered embankment soils to supplement earthwork balancing; 935 square yards of new asphalt pavement for cart path and patio near clubhouse building; 2,400 face square feet of engineered block retaining walls, 5,565 square yards of lawn restoration; plus other work to make a complete project. Contractors are notified that the project design consultant, Nowak and Fraus Engineers, along with the Ciy of Birmingham, will host an optional pre-bid meeting
