Demolition, site work and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Lake Orion, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Charter Township of Orion is requesting proposals from qualified firms that includes all engineering, design, construction, approval and permitting costs that will provide a functional pole barn addition to the existing building located at Friendship Park (3380 W. Clarkston Rd., Lake Orion, MI 48362) upon completion. The proposal must include the design, build, installation, and restoration, with a focus on utilizing the space available. The budget for this project has been set to not exceed $135,000.00. The successful respondent (Contractor) shall be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to accomplish the following work except as otherwise identified below.
