The Work consists of single prime contracts comprises the Project for the construction of general construction and Mechanical and Electrical Sub-bidders for a B type Occupancy addition, l493sf footprint (2012 total sf) attached to the owners present building(2912 total sf). Utilities electrical, water, sanitary sewer and natural gas lines serving the addition and existing building will re-routed and re-connected due to the construction of the addition. In addition site work consists of walks, parking slab, curb and gutter at the street. The existing building will be in continuous operation during the additions construction requiring power, communications and HVAC.
