Lindahl Road Bridge Removal Project The project takes place in the City of Hermantown in accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the City Clerk Major work items include: Removal of the Lindahl Road bridge over the Midway River, construction of (2) hammerheads on both the north and south side of the bridge, and re-establishment of the flood plain. All bids shall be made on the proposal form contained in the specifications and shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the order of the City of Hermantown for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid Bids shall be mailed or delivered to the City Clerk, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief statement or summary as to the work for which the bid is made. The City Council reserves the right to reject all bids. All bids and the award of bid shall be subject to the Competitive Bidding Rules of the City of Hermantown A bid abstract will be prepared and sent to all bidders via email by the end of the day of the opening.
