If cooperation is not gained within 5 minutes, security guard to notify Marshal dispatch to send a Marshal. - Under no circumstances will park patrons be told they may re-enter park during closure hours. Remaining in a park during closure is a misdemeanor offense. - All restrooms will be checked for patrons before locking the doors. Security guard will announce presence and intent to enter prior to entering a restroom. - In the event the security guard witnesses a crime, they are to contact Marshal dispatch or Metro depending on the severity. If imminent violence is observed, contact 911 first and Marshal dispatch second. Non-violent crimes in progress shall be reported to Marshal dispatch. - If a lock is broken or not locking, security guard shall notify Marshal dispatch. - For any job related questions that require the DCMs contact Marshal dispatch and ask to speak to on-duty supervisor.
