Renovation of an educational facility in New Lenox, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For Operable Partition Replacement at Martino Junior High School Project Unscheduled visits will not be permitted. Bid security in the form of a bid bond only in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid security shall be payable to the Board of Education, New Lenox School District 122. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of New Lenox School District 122. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidders must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.
