Reference number : 1681745 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-02 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Town of New Richmond is requesting quotes for the collection and transportation of solid waste from residences, businesses and public buildings located within the Town. Bid documents may be obtained via the Electronic Tendering Service. Only tenders prepared on the forms provided by the City will be considered. Bidders must read and comply with By-laws 1083-18 and 1166-21 on the management of contracts. The deadline for submitting a complaint regarding the contract award process is February 2, 2023. Each tender must be accompanied, in addition to the required documents, by a tender guarantee in the form of a certified check payable to the Town of New Richmond for an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the tender for the 1 year, Option 1, or a bid bond in the same amount valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the bid closing date. The Town of New Richmond does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and will not assume any obligation or expense towards the tenderer(s). It also reserves the right to choose option 1, option 2 or option 3, without any other obligation.
